We collect only club-related information necessary for Buncrana GAA to interact with you for the purposes of carrying out club activities. The activities, and related information, pertains to Buncrana GAA as an active participant in the GAA at club and county level.

Buncrana GAA Club shares only member information internally between members, committee members, managers, coaches, players, sponsors necessary to carry out its work in collaboration with you. These are:
  1. Organising GAA related events such as training, matches, player travel, and fundraising
  2. Processing insurance and injury instances
  3. Communicating with members
  4. Distributing documents internally within the club
  5. Carrying out communication and management  activities via websites, social media, papers, reports, news items, press releases, reports, minutes, etc.
  6. Processing new and existing members in relationship to collecting membership fees, GAA registration and insurance
  7. Producing reports for The Donegal County Board, GAA Headquarters, Ulster Council, Ladies GAA Board
